We had our controller panel go down in the heat of the Texas summer. No control panel and no working pumps or filtration would have led to a nasty combination. HPU was a huge help in getting our system all set up. We had archaic equipment when we moved into our new house and we wanted a completely fresh start. They cut everything out and recycled the old equipment and then installed all new EVERYTHING. New pump, filter, heater, whole nine yards. They even helped us with the extended warranty on everything because of the bundle we purchased. Our equipment is now whisper quiet and much more energy efficient.

We also couldn’t be happier with the detailed level of weekly pool service. They haven’t missed a week and are great about communicating any issues that pop up. We love the pool vacuum they recommended as it keeps our pool looking great between services.
